Packaged Candy Shipping & Return Policy
PackagedCandy.com is exclusively a packaging and wholesale establishment. We do not manufacture candy. Any item listed on our web site will be shipped to our customers from our packaging facility, The Penny Candy Store, Inc.
All sales are final once the candy has been shipped. However, the delivery of any damaged packages should be rejected immediately and returned to the shipping company. In this situation, please inform us via phone or email that the unopened, damaged package has been returned, and a refund will be issued once the candy is received by our packaging facility.
When ordering candy from a warm climate area, be aware that chocolate and some candy may soften as a result; PackagedCandy.com is not responsible for heat damaged items. We ask our customers to please indicate such concerns to us so we can add an additional layer of insulation or by request from our customer, for a fee, to buy an insulated box cooler, and select “Second Day Shipping” for a faster delivery.
